A qualified project support team greatly enhances a project’s operation and its chances of success. As a member of this support team, the project administrator:

  • Collects and processes data to support decision-makers in their on-going planning
  • Provides administrative, clerical, and technical support
  • Focuses on record management, information distribution, project tracking, and scheduling
  • Helps chart the progress of project personnel and other support providers
  • Performs financial, contracting, and project mandate-related tasks, freeing up the project manager to focus on managing the project
