Jonathan is a cultural anthropologist, entrepreneur and business owner who has over twenty years of experience with business ventures, international consulting, and leadership development. He is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and strong relational values.
Jonathan has directed projects and consultations in leadership development as well as organizational growth with cross-cultural teams and organizations across North America and parts of Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. Jonathan’s clients include a variety of leaders and organizations – profit and non-profit, domestic and foreign, established corporations and emerging companies such as Pacific Resources International (China), Group Health Cooperative, Restore Systems and Good Earth Development.
Prior to establishing Tahoma Group, Jonathan co-founded Ingram Labs, an award-winning interactive solutions provider where he directed projects for companies such as Rockwell International and Microsoft as well as start-ups like Atom Films in 2001. Since then Jonathan has provided strategic solutions in the areas of organizational design, business incubation, cultural training and leadership development for new and emerging companies.
As a lifelong learner, Jonathan continues to explore, educate himself and write in a variety of disciplines. He holds a B.A. in Organizational Psychology and a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies in which he researched the effects of globalization upon leadership, organizations, and social movements. He also is a certified LEED AP by the U.S. Green Building Council.
Jonathan spends time exploring the great Northwest with his wife Jennifer and their four children from the home they built near Olympia, Washington.

Apart from his MBA and Engineering qualifications, Johan is registered as a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI), and is also an accredited Prince 2 Practitioner.
Johan has extensive experience in Project Management in multiple industries, and non-profit organizations, in Africa, North America and South America. With a vision for community transformation and development he strongly promotes “triple bottom line” return on investment strategies and practices, and is known for his entrepreneurial spirit, strong project management and interpersonal skills.
Johan has more than twenty years of consulting and operations experience in the mining, banking, and manufacturing industries. He also has strong project management experience with major mining companies such as Anglo American plc and Kumba Resources, the South African iron ore subsidiary of Anglo American plc.
Johan’s more than ten years of operations experience is complemented by more than nine years as a Projects, Systems and Implementation Manager. He recently worked on Mining projects for Seabridge Gold, Selwyn Resources, and Northern Dynasty.
Because of his keen interest in Green Building standards and practices, he built one of the first residential homes in South Africa that featured a “living roof”, including trees. Johan currently lives in Vancouver, Canada, with his wife Ansa and their four children. Johan is a lover of classical music and all four of his children learned to play the violin with the Suzuki method.
Victor is an accomplished Senior Program and Project Manager with vision and leadership insights to strategically plan, direct, assess and manage large-scale projects.
Victor has thirty (30) years of domestic/international EPC and EPCM experience in FEED, detailed engineering and construction management of Oil/Gas/LNG port, facilities, pipelines for upstream/midstream/downstream and Mining sectors.
He is results oriented and performance driven to deliver challenging and innovative projects with manageable risk, achievable budgets and schedules.
He has expertise and experience in leading multi-cultural teams in both domestic and international environments with the goal of achieving company and project delivery objectives. He is skilled in building coalition to support business growth, implement and manage change to drive team performance and reduce project cost.
His project experience include working in: Canada, USA, China, Russia, and Kazakhstan, various countries in Middle East, Indonesia and Africa with project ranging from $ 5 M to $2.5B.
